Measured Building Surveys
We can prepare a full set of scaled floor plans and elevations which are essential for an accurate representation of the building, as well as any necessary cross-sections. This is imperative for any building project, especially when applying for planning permission and or building regulation approval.
A typical survey will display all the structural features such as walls, doors, windows, beams, stairs, ceiling and floor heights. Additional information can be added such as lights, switches, sockets, fixtures and fittings. We will arrange a site visit for a time and date that suits you.
Topographical Surveys
We can also provide Topographical Surveys which is a detailed and accurate plan showing both the natural and built environment whether this is trees, buildings, boundaries, services covers and site levels.
3D modelling
We also offer 3D modelling services, which is a great way to see your project in the round, whilst 2D plans and elevations are a great visual, creating your project in 3 dimensions really shows the scale and detail.
