Our service
We prepare a full set of construction/Building Regulations drawings and a detailed specification from your approved planning drawings, ready for submission to Building Control. As part of our service, we’ll submit the application on your behalf and manage all communication with the local authority and any other required consultants.
What is Building Control approval?
Building Regulations set the minimum standards for design and construction in the UK. They cover structure, fire safety, energy performance, accessibility, security and more, via a series of “Approved Documents” (e.g., Parts A–Q). Compliance is essential—non-compliance can lead to enforcement action or costly remedial work later.
How long does approval take?
Typical timeframes are around 6–8 weeks from submission to decision, depending on the local authority and project complexity.
What does it cost?
